Bioidentical hormone replacement

Hormone replacement can help in preventing age related conditions such as osteoporosis, cognitive decline, and cardiovascular disease. Hormones also help reduce insomnia and depression, increase vaginal tone and decrease atrophy, lessen urinary tract infections and urinary leakage, and increase libido, which is still an important factor no matter what your age is.

Testosterone replacement

Both men and women have a predictable decline in testosterone with aging leading to decreased energy, weight gain, loss of muscle mass, and decreased sex drive. They will also have an increased risk for heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, and dementia. Luckily, there is something that can be done about it! Testosterone optimization can most commonly be achieved with weekly or bi-weekly injections, cream or pellet therapy.

The benefits of improved mood, energy, sleep, sex drive, and muscle recovery time will usually start in a few weeks of testosterone replacement. It may take a few months to fully appreciate the improved stamina, muscle building, fat burning effects of testosterone.

Pellet Therapy with Evexipel

Hormone Pellet Therapy is a bio-identical hormone replacement therapy that uses subcutaneous testosterone and/or estradiol pellets. A small pellet, about the size of a grain of rice, is inserted just under the skin. The pellet delivery method allows for the continual release of the hormone which reduces the “rollercoaster,” effect in the delivery sometimes felt with sublinguals, pills and injectables. Patients like pellet therapy becuase its less to think about on a day to day basis. Pellets last 4-6 months on average and the cost is equivalent and often less than compounded hormones.

I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
